Addition of Capital Media Group Enhances Digitek Computer Products Position as the National Wholesale Leader of Imaging Products, Data Storage Media and Accessories
Dulles, VA June 30, 2010—Digitek Computer Products (Dulles, VA), a leading national wholesaler of imaging supplies, data storage products, printers and accessories, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Capital Media Group (Gahanna, OH), a national wholesaler of data storage media products and accessories.

Will my credit change?
Your existing credit and terms will be moved to Digitek. You will be contacted by your sales rep and given new information for where to remit payments.
What about back orders and open orders?
All back orders and open orders will be fulfilled by Digitek.
How many warehouses are available?
Digitek now has 4 warehouses, CA (Los Angeles), VA (Dulles), IL (Chicago) and OH (Columbus)
Is my product offering negatively affected?
No, in fact the product offering will grow significantly to cover all storage media, imaging products, such as toner, ink and ribbons, printers and accessories, to name a few. Please visit our commerce portal to see our inventory and stock levels.
Will I be able to order online?
Yes. Digitek has a very robust online ordering tool that also rewards you for every 10 orders placed online. Go to www.digitek.com for details or talk to your sales representative. Your Digitek Commerce Portal login information will be different from your CMGonline login. Please contact your sales rep for a new username and password. Also, Digitek offers a $25 giftcard for every 10 orders placed online.
