Digitek Computer Products is proud to announce the opening of its new Chicago warehouse. The Chicago warehouse will be a great complement to our Los Angeles, Ca. and Dulles, Va. warehouse locations. This warehouse will improve shipping times and lower shipping costs for customers shipping to the Midwest. Having over 25,000sq ft. of warehouse space we plan to maintain a wide array of products and increase our stocking inventory. The focus of the Chicago warehouse is to supply you with product where you want it and when you need it.
Our Chicago location has begun its initial phase of stocking over $4 million worth of inventory. Initial stocking brands include, HP, Sony, Lexmark, Fuji, Imation, IBM, Compatible Toner, Brother, Troy and many other brands. Increasing our product offerings is an ongoing goal of Digitek’s. If you see any opportunities which would involve us stocking items in our new warehouse or any of our facilities please don’t hesitate in bringing that to our attention.
Excitement is running rampant in the halls of Digitek with the addition of this new warehouse. Jim Labonte, our national sales manager, explains, “With the addition of our Chicago distribution facility, Digitek has expanded its depth of inventory and its ability to ship more efficiently. With 3 distribution centers, Digitek can now reach 90% of the population and most major metropolitan areas in 2 days. For east coast customers, you now have the option to ship out of Chicago 1 hour later than our usual cut-off time of 6:00PM EST.”
