While it would be easier to offer a broad base of customers Web access and the advantages of our aggressive pricing, to ensure that Digitek only sells to wholesalers and resellers, thereby protecting our customers' pricing levels and the resultant competitive advantage, we require new customers call us for a brief consultation prior to setting up a Web-based login and Digitek pricing arrangement.
