Public Sector Sales Manager
Digitek Computer Products is experiencing phenomenal growth and is currently seeking an experienced Public Sector Sales Manager.

Job Description:
This opportunity exists in our Dulles headquarters in Northern Virginia with roughly 30% travel.
- Leads and manages an established Government sales team
- Accountable for all Digitek US Public Sector products, quarterly sales and GP results
- Coaches and mentors team members, improves the team’s sales talent
- Acts as a key advisor to senior management for policy and strategic objectives
- Recruits, develops, retains, and supports development of all direct staff members
The Successfull Public Sector Sales Manager:
- Understands and applies expert consultative sales techniques
- Uses their experience and network to drive sales results. Develops strategy and coach their team to achieve ongoing profitable revenue growth
- Positions Digitek as the supplier of choice for Imaging and IT consumables
- Understands Digitek’s value proposition; clarifies key differentiators that distinguish Digitek from those offered by its competitors
- Understands and incorporates ROI business models showing how we meet customer needs; builds business cases showing how we improve the Customer’s competitive advantage
- Develops accurate business plans and keep metrics showing progress
- Leverages supplier relationships to grow business results more effectively and efficiently
- Communicates effectively across organizational boundaries to ensure the "Voice-of-the-Customer” is considered in business decision making and product design
- Exhibits authoritative business and financial acumen required to develop robust business recommendations
- Assesses and manages employee performance to ensure individual and group excellence; Coaches and supports individuals through tough selling challenges
- Lead teams to efficiently and effectively plan and implement future process improvements
- Incorporate continual improvement methods supporting innovation and positive change across the organization
Education, Skills and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
- 5+ years Public Sector and Sales Management experience
- A proven track record for delivering consistent, quarterly enterprise software sales results

Customer Service Representative
Digitek Computer Products is experiencing phenomenal growth and is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to grow with us in our Dulles, VA headquarters.
Founded over 12 years ago, Digitek is the first choice distributor of Imaging and IT consumables. As a member of our dynamic team, we'll ensure you receive the support you need to help you achieve your goals in a fast, highly transactional sales environment.
Job Requirements:
- Responsibilities include supporting a team of sales reps by answering phones, generating quotes, and inputting orders
- Generating daily reports to provide back order updates, follow up with purchasing regarding product ETA's, processing RMA's, and to support other sales and order processing functions as required
- Flexibility to a floating work schedule is a must as we operate M-F from 830am to 8pm
- Oral and written communication skills are a must for this position. An ability to handle multiple tasks in a day. Basic math skills would be helpful
- BS or BA degree preferred
- Previous Customer Support experience required
- A working knowledge of the telesales job function
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
