Expression Product Manager
Join the growing, world class team at Digitek Computer Products as a Product Manager for our Expression brand of imaging products. This opportunity exists in our Dulles, Virginia headquarters, just outside of Washington D.C. and will require travel to our supplier locations (both in the U.S. and abroad) on a periodic basis.
The right candidate for this opportunity will have a minimum of five years in the imaging supply chain as well as solid experience working with sales and marketing teams. OEM and distribution experience is a definite plus. The person who applies for this role should have managed a team and has worked with sales, marketing, purchasing and warehouse departments.
Digitek's expectation is that this professional knows the imaging market, is analytical, articulate, understands pricing metrics, well spoken, and a self starter. They will ensure the following product line growth objectives are met:
- Management of the day-to-day Expression supplier relationships
- Co-manage promotional activity with Purchasing and Marketing departments
- Maintain competitive analysis
- Train and mentor our product management, sales and distribution teams
- Bring new products to launch
- Provide solid forecast and demand analysis
- Maintain "Chain of Custody" standards which transforms customer feedback into measurable internal improvements
- Help managethe Digitek Computer Products’ recycling program for used toner and ink-jet cartridges
